This blind puppy and his seeing eye dog are ‘homeward bound’ irl

In the 1993 classic (yes, classic) “Homeward Bound,” two dogs — Chance and Shadow — and a cat named Sassy are inseparable friends and always have each other’s backs. In a case of life (adorably) imitating art, Glenn, a blind Jack Russell terrier and his very own seeing eye dog, Buzz, are the best of friends, just like Chance and Shadow.

Glenn and Buzz currently live in the U.K. at the Stray Aid Rescue Center. Buzz helps Glenn walk around and makes sure he gets fed by nudging him toward food.

Both dogs are currently looking for their forever homes but they hate to be apart from each other. “Glenn gets his confidence from Buzz,” Stray Aid staffer Sue Bielby told BBC, “and if they were separated even for a few minutes they both bark and become distressed so they would need to have a loving home together.”

Little old Glenn and Buzz are still looking for a special home. Glenn is a 10 year old Jack Russell, he’s totally blind….
