Max farber talks losing his television virginity while talking about losing his actual virginity
When I was a kid, I always pictured myself breaking into the television scene by landing a lead role in a crazy explosive action cop show on NBC with my co-stars Brad Pitt and Edward Norton (dream big, kids). Never did I think I’d be losing my television virginity on a show where you talk about losing your actual virginity! Pretty crazy stuff, I know.
Being on Losing It was by far one of the coolest, and most embarrassingly awesome things to happen to me in my 20 years. Being able to share a story that is so darn outrageous, and yet so personal, with viewers all America is extremely neat, and I am so glad that I got to be a part of something so grand. All my friends were like “Are you gonna tell the truth?” to which I responded “….I don’t think I’d be on the show if this weren’t true” (My friends are stupid, you guys).
Losing It has brought back many great memories for me, and also some really cringy ones, but I think you already know that.
I hope that the “youth” of today (I’m old enough to use that term, right?) really find the right moment to “lose it”. I know I sure didn’t! But hey, sometimes you gotta let your brain take a rest, and put your privates to the test. That’s what I did, and there’s no going back for me. Do I regret saying yes? Absolutely. But, do I regret finishing in the sink?….
