Jason derulo to perform at we day 2016 toronto!

The 2016 WE Day in Toronto is going to be the biggest party of the year thanks to today’s news that Jason Derulo is set to perform! The multi-platinum artist will make his first WE Day appearance on October 19 and we can’t wait to see the smooth singer celebrating making a difference in the world with 20,000 change makers!

Since the release of his 2010 self-titled debut, the singer, songwriter, and dancer has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide. His 2015 album Everything Is 4 featured the hits “Want To Want Me” and “Cheyenne.”

Derulo recently lent his voice to the charity single “Hands,” with the proceeds going towards supporting victims of the Orlando massacre and GLAAD.

In addition to Jason Derulo, today’s line up announcement for WE Day 2016 in Toronto also includes Macklemore, Hedley, Zendaya, Lilly Singh, Winnie Harlow, Chris Hadfield, Penny Oleksiak, Jacob Tremblay, Paula Abdul, Margaret Trudeau, Jordan Smith, Mia Farrow, Connor Franta, Michael “Pinball” Clemons, DEGRASSI’s Ana Golja and Richard Walters, Spencer West, and many more.

WE Day will stream live at 9:15 a.m. ET on October 19 at www.mtv.ca. WE Day Toronto will also be taped for a special broadcast premiering Monday, November 28 at 11 p.m. ET on MTV and Much, with a special encore presentation on Saturday, December 10 at 7 p.m. ET on CTV.
