Blink-182 release a new song that’s thankfully longer than 15 seconds

Good news, Blink-182 fans! Following the recent release of their 15-second song (like, literally 15-second) “Built This Pool,” the trio are back with a new song that clocks in at a much more appropriate 2 minutes and 44 seconds. That’s time for two verses, two choruses, a couple bridges… basically all the things you’d expect from a real song! Huzzah!

On Wednesday, drummer Travis Barker stopped by Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio show to premiere “Rabbit Hole,” a raging burst of pop-punk nostalgia about restless nights, superstitions, and being cautious in your relationships. Mark Hoppus and Matt Skiba — who’s now on board as a full-time guitarist, replacing founding member Tom DeLonge — share vocal duties as they defiantly declare, “I won’t fall down that fucking rabbit hole.”

“Rabbit Hole” follows “Bored to Death” and “Built This Pool” from Blink’s upcoming seventh album, California. The LP is their first since 2011 and drops July 1 (which — fun fact! — is the 182nd day of the year).
