MOVIE MINUTE: OCEAN'S THIRTEEN
Ocean's Thirteen marks the return of the George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Bernie Mac, Carl Reiner, Casey Affleck and Scott Caan. Clooney told us that the reason the gang gets back together in this new flick has a little bit to do with Elliott Gould's character "Reuben." "There's a really good reason for everybody to come back together, which is that 'Reuben' gets hurt by somebody. And so this is a film about revenge, which I like a lot. We always like revenge films, so it's about getting even with somebody, not about getting rich." "Reuben" indeed gets hurt by casino owner "Willie Bank," played by the legendary Al Pacino, and he explained why he took the role. "The reason I did it was because it was a good script. Not that I was surprised, it was just you don't expect something that good when something's already been done and it's a franchise and it's the third one, so it was surprisingly good." Ocean's Thirteen was directed by Steven Soderbergh and it rolls into theaters on Friday.

Coming up with a cool band name isn't as easy as it once was - so many of the really good ones seem to have been taken. So singer Ronnie Winters says his group decided to just go for the totally ridiculous... and came up with Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. "We were sitting around and we were trying to figure out a band name and really, when we started the band, it was all just about seriously just having a good time. So we didn't care, we were like, 'Whatever, we'll call ourselves The Unnamed.' We joked around and we named a bunch of names on a board and we voted and the one that won, because it was just so friggin' retarded, was Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. And I remember saying to, I think it was Duke, I was like, 'I like everything but the 'Apparatus.' Can we get rid of that?' But they didn't want to get rid of it. So there is no meaning, there's no crazy concept, we just don't care." Don't You Fake It, the debut album by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, is in stores now...

Lindsay Lohan is in rehab and likely won't have to face the music regarding her new racy pictures spreading across the Web, but the other lady in the picture might have to. The New York Post has identified the mystery brunette posing with a knife at Lohan's throat as former MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo. In the photos, Minnillo holds a knife towards Lohan's chest and is seen pulling down the pop star's tank top. The Post reports that Minnillo, who is no longer working with either Entertainment Tonight or MTV's popular video countdown show, did not have a contract renewal because of "diva behavior." Her rep quickly denied those rumors, though, saying, "She chose to leave 'ET' because her contract ended. This is the first I've heard about any bad behavior."
